In case we're interested by your work, we meet and set : |

> a studio time frame allowing you to work comfortably,
|
|
| |
> an all-in price (adapted low price you can't compare with the the market prices) you will have to pay. |

Once the estimate signed and the fee paid, the studio is open to you! |
|
| |

> Is the deposit-sale contract exclusive? |
|
| |
|
|
|
| |
No you can sell you CD wherever you want .
But beware: you must be the owner, the producer of this disc and an independent artist. |
|
| |
You cannot be bound by contract with a producer, an editor, a distributor or any other partner who could have with you an exclusivity agreement or a contract which would be incompatible with our deposit-sale contract. |
|

>How do you set the sell price ? |
|
| |
|

You tell us how much you want to earn and we add,
our 30% commission as well as the expenses necessary to the realization of the sale (post, visa card transaction ...)

> When do I get my money?
|
|
| |
|
|
|
| |
Monthly and in condition of a seven products minimum sale, we will give you a statement of the sales. |
|
| |
At the reception of this statement, you will obligatorily send us an invoice and we will wire the money on your bank account. In case there are fees for this transaction, you pay them. |

> I used samples/used existing music on my CD.
Can I sell it on your site?
|
|
| |
|
|
|
| |
You guarantee that the music recorded on your CD does not infringe any copyright and in particular but not exclusively, that in the event you used someone else's work, you obtained all necessary authorizations . |

You also guarantee you paid the mechanical reproduction fees to the companies managing the author rights in your country. |

> Do you return the CD and the other elements that I sent you?

No. Think to join a stamped enveloppe if you want to get your doc/cd back. |
