The CD itself, all taxes and the delivery. There are no additional or hidden expenses. If you order from certain EEC countries or from outside EEC, there can be custom charges or additional fees added by your bank on the credit card transaction.

You are then informed that the transaction proceeded well . A receipt number is given to the transaction and youcan get back to our site or close your browser.

We do not carry out the operation of payment by credit card. We entrusted the integrality of this operation to the Paypal company(www.paypal.com). Consequently, we do not have at any time access to your credit card number. When you place an order and pay, we receive a Paypal's validation email : we send your articles then to you.

With more than 64 million accounts in 45 countries and 15 billion Euros payments in 2004, PayPal is a world leader of the protected payments on line. PayPal crypts automatically the confidential data which forward between your computer and the PayPal system thanks to the SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer) with a 128 bits encoding's length of key (the currently available highest level on the market). Even before you register or connect to the Paypal site (for the transaction's payment), the Paypal server checks that you use an approved navigator ( using SSL 3,0 or one later version ).

NEVER communicate your 4 digits secret code , neither on Internet, nor on the phone.

When you pay on Internet, check that your navigator is on a protected page (a lock must appear in internet explorer and the address must be colored and bold in firefox). In addition, the address of a protected page always starts with "https" instead of "http".

NEVER answer an email which requires of you re-enter your banking information, whatever the site.

In accordance with the French law, you can return the products bought within seven (7) day as from their reception . You will have however to deal with the expenses of return.

We only accept the return of intact goods, sealed and in perfect state. In the case the goods are lost or arrive to us damaged, we reserve ourselves the right to keep the entirety of the versed sums.

If the returned goods arrive intact, sealed and in perfect state, we will refund you within thirty days.

In accordance with the law, you do NOT have a seven (7) days retractation right if you unsealed the goods. If you return unsealed goods to us, we will keep the entirety of the versed sums.

For a payment by credit card or Paypal account, we post the goods the very same day or the following day (Monday to friday except public holidays) after the reception of the payment's confirmation. We post the goods using the urgent post rate (no UPS or Fedex at the moment). Then, it all depends on the post office's reactivity !

We NEVER communicate to thirds information that you gave us, nor even with the artists whom you bought the articles.

All the audio and video files are encoded in multiple formats which are not always compatible between them . Some have advantages that others do not have, and it is extremely probable that you do not have all these formats installed in your computer. If you can't read a file, it means you do not have the right player installed.

When we decide to work with an artist, he has all the time needed to record his work in our top of the notch studio. It is an exceptional luxury, particularly in acoustic musics where limited time often disturbs the artist's creativity.
